Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Just came out of the oven! Tastes great! When I make it again, I won't change a thing. The only thing I did different from the recipe this time was added 1 cup brown sugar because I only had 2 cups of white sugar left in the pantry. It turned out super moist and has the perfect amount of sugar and spice. Thanks for a great recipe! I will definitely be bringing this to our Thanksgiving dinner. YUMMY!!!!!

Zucchini Bread VII

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
Yum! I always use this recipe because it turns out nice and moist. I like my bread with a little spice though, so I add a teaspoon or so of pumpkin pie spice, or just cinnamon and ground cloves, whichever i have on hand to the flour. Great recipe!!

Momma's Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Sorry, didn't taste too good to me. I usually use tomato paste in sloppy joes so maybe thats why it just didn't taste right to me. It needed some help, so I added worchestershire sauce, a chopped onion, chili powder, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

Monkey Bread Muffins

Yum! This has become a favorite in our house (The first time was better than the 2nd time I made them because i didn't cook the "sauce" long enough and it was too runny...oops!)

Easy Pie Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I gave this a 5 because it is what it says it is...fast and easy. You cannnot mess this up! The first time I made it i followed the advice of readers and reduced the salt and increased the sugar..It was great for quiche!!! The last time I made it exactly as written and it was definitely too salty. I will continue to use this for quiche but make it with less salt and a little more sugar.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
After reading reviews, I just used 4 bananas which was plenty of banana taste for me and left everything else the same...but I guess thats why its called banana banana bread. It was good and moist. I would make it again the same way with 3-4 bananas but add cinnamon or pumpkin spice, I like mine with a little more spice.
