Pizza with Pepper, Onion and Feta

I love this combination of toppings, but I spread the crust with pizza sauce and add 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella.

This salad is delicious! I love the combination of ingredients. Sometimes I eat this salad as a meal in itself. It also tastes good with chopped cooked chicken breast.

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

I too am giving this recipe 3 stars because the boiling made my peppers squishy and tasteless. I followed the instructions exactly and drained them well. I did, however, like the cream cheese mixture and would use that part of the recipe again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

This is one very good banana muffin, and I have tried many. I didn't have enough butter, so I used canola oil in the batter and it still turned out great. I also subbed half the white flour with wheat with great results. I'll be saving this one!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Excellent! I agree with earlier comments that this must be eaten with as much of the juices as possible. The tender, juicy beef is made even more delicious served with provolone, peppers, and onions. This gives me something new to do with a beef roast and my trusty crock pot.

A Jerky Chicken

I used this marinade on shrimp and it was delicious. I can handle a bit more spicy than most, and this was perfect. I've had jerk in Central America, however, and this was just not as flavorful.
