Buffalo Chicken Dip

I make the same dip, but usually use baked chicken or leftover deli chicken--probably about 3-4 cups of meat. And I use a full small sized bottle of ranch dressing, and the full bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce. We use Fritoes or celery pieces to scoop it up. My husband loves this, and sometimes even makes it himself using the canned chicken meat.

Chocolate Oil Cake

You don't have ti dirty a bowl. Just mix all the dry ingredients in the baking pan & make three "wells" in dry ingredients. Put vinegar in one, oil in one and vanilla in the other. Pour water over the top and stir well. I also add a tsp. of cinnamon in with the dry ingredients.

Ranch Burgers

I mix the ranch dressing mix and about 1/2c.(+/-) of prepared bacon pieces into the meat and form the burgers. We don't like them pressed out and formed perfectly, but we do make an indentation in the center of each, so the burger will be a more uniform thickness when done. Usually top with cheddar or cheddar/jack cheese. Really good flavor.

Creamy Chicken Pasta

We liked this with some changes. I diced the chicken, seasoned with garlic salt and pepper, & sauteed in pan. Then added 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms, and cooked until just barely tender. I decreased milk to 1/4 c. and added 1 can cr. of chicken, increased mozz. cheese to 1/3 c. and added 1/3 c. parm. cheese. Five stars with changes.
