Old Fashioned Rhubarb Bread Pudding

This Rhubarb Bread Pudding was delicious. I followed the recipe as submitted, but made a rum sauce and served the sauce warm over the warm bread pudding (topped with whipped cream). It was moist and delicious. Since I was not sure how small to chop the rhubarb pieces, I made them rather small. Next time I will make the rhubarb pieces a medium size chop for a stronger tart flavor.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

I added more white wine, garlic, and feta cheese. You do not need but about 2/3 lb. pasta. With these adjustments, it was great.

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

We made this Seafood dish without the flounder. We decreased the flour, which someone else suggested, and it was delicious. The finished dish comes out of the oven appearing to be a little to fluid, but as it cools it is just right. So we suggest letting the dish sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
