I've made this several times and have gotten lots of compliments on it. Sometimes I'll cut the sugar down by half. It's good both ways.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have used this recipe many times now (I follow it exactly). These really are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. As other reviewers have noted, be careful not to overcook.

Puerto Rican Breakfast Custard

This is a wonderful recipe. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out great with a smooth, creamy texture and delicious flavor. I've tried adding a little vanilla extract sometimes (about 1/8 tsp) and I like it that way too.

Pecan Praline Cookies

These were a big hit and so easy! I followed the advice of other reviewers and took it off the heat before it started boiling (as soon as the brown sugar was dissolved). Then I let it sit for about 10 minutes before I spread it on the graham crackers.
