Ricotta Cake

This is a great cake. I made it with a lemon cake mix and it turned out well. I did have to pull it out 15 min earlier than suggested. I'd suggest keeping an eye on it rather than go by the baking times. Thanks for a good recipe!

Fabulous recipe! I doubled it as per the other reviews or there wouldn't be enough sauce. But the flavours were fantastic and hubby couldn't get enough! Definitely adding this one to the recipe box!

Grilled Orange Chicken

I made this last night and it was yummy! I baked the chicken in the oven as I didn't have a grill and the sauce carmalized very nicely. Thank you!
