This was really easy to make and tasted great! I only used 5 chicken breasts though, but it was more than enough for 4 people. I also added some different seasonings to it. I seasoned the chicken first with garlic powder, Tony's(Tony Chachere's), and some Renzios Greek Seasoning(mixture of herbs, etc). I also cut out the fat on the chicken. Shredded the chicken right before serving and mixed it up in the slow cooker then served on top of rice, with veggies on the side. We all loved it! I will definitely be making this again!! :) I've also made it again and added a can of green beans(drained) to it 20 minutes before serving and stirred it up. Yum! It's always a hit!
