Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2012
I made this for my daughter's Girl Scout awards potluck. I changed it a bit too. I added 2 TBS of powdered sugar, and about a 1/2 cup of juice and the whole jar of marshmallow cream. It wasn't too sweet or too pineapple-y. I read another reviewer who put in Bailey's & cream, idk how that would taste with fruit, but it made me want to try this again with pina colada mix (non alcoholic). It made a lot so I kept some for my kids then took the rest to the party. everyone was asking for the recipe!

Potato Curry

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
I wanted something mild so the kids could eat it too. This was a little too hot for us, but we made some changes. 1st we changed the serving to 6 so we could get more sauce. 2nd we used frozen diced breakfast potatoes to cut prep time. 3rd we added 1 zucchini, 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 onion coarse chopped and some garlic powder. we used the Greek yogurt but didn't have enough so we used some heavy cream we had in the fridge. The changed servings said to use 3/4 tsp of cayenne but we decided to use only 1/2 tsp and we found it to be still a bit too hot. My husband loved it! but me and the kids would have liked it a little milder. Very tasty though! We served it over basmati rice and naan on the side

Creamy Strawberry Crepes

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
I loved these! The only thing I did differently was I didn't mix in the Strawberries to the filling. I left the filling regular then used a container of frozen sweetened strawberries defrosted and added some fresh strawberries and plain whip cream to the top it. It made a wonderful sauce. My kids like it with nutella or a drizzle of chocolate syrup and whip cream on top!

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
i have never used this recipe before so the rating is for the one in this review. i just use the one on the back of the French's fried onion can and it is slightly different. my family has been making it that way every holiday and we love it! It's not too runny or anything and is just as good next day re heated. I did find a cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic that i'm going to try. Also this recipe here is doubled the one from the can is for 6 not 12 that could make a difference as well. good luck and happy cooking!
