Deep Fried Cheese Curds
The batter is way to thick, which leads to soggy curds. Try a half can of beer and a cup of flour mixed with an egg... for a lighter batter that gets crispy, deep fry at 350-375 until the float for 20 seconds and yes i would try to throw them in the freezer a bit before frying. I am still trying to figure out how to get them to not stick together it is tricky. Good luck. These are a midwest favorite when prepared correctly.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Awsome, I just used straight jalapenos since I like spice. The sugestion about mixing some bread crumbs was great it makes it easy to break throught. I used plain bagels cut up and it was great. I also tried a bit of garlic powder and cayenne in the topping. This is great and you can make it your own with easy little tweaks.

Sesame Tempura Green Beans
Very easy and definately a keeper. The batter is so light and crispy. They only problem I had was them sticking together, but that was a fault on my part not the recipe. I still can't get over how easy the tempura was.
