Emily's Famous Apple Pie

Everyone loved it. I used a mix of apples that we had from the orchard and our backyard. I didnt do the top crust, i made a crumble which was delicious...and nutmeg!

This was very good...we have tons of squash from the garden and was looking for new was to prepare it...I did make some changes, I sauteed the squash in evoo with garlic an onions instead of boiling and used italian bread crumbs instead...pretty tasty.

Barbarella's German Pancakes

Oh so good..my daughters loved these. I sprinkled some with cinn and sugar and then the others i filled with homemade blackberry jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar...nummy!!

Zucchini Bread IV

I love this bread! I do make a couple of the changes that earlier people suggested...i use 1/2 cup cinn applesause 1/2 c oil, I also like to add almonds and cranberries..very good. For the kids i do put a little crumble on top and they love them.
