Grandma's Moist Cake

I made this cake with Chocolate Buttercream frosting. It is the absolute best yellow cake recipe I have ever made! I will use this for ever and always!

Two Minute Party Punch

I made this for a baby shower. I used rainbow sherbet because I couldn't find lemon. It got lots of compliments and i loved it because it was effortless. My 6 year old actually made it!

They're almost too spooky to eat! I put mine on a tray with crushed oreos, gummy worms, and the spooky eyeballs from this site. I drizzled some thin red icing over the top for added gore. The result was yummy and scary! I will definitely do this again next year! the adults were all impressed and the kids were scared to eat them!

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake

This is my new favorite dish! I add a small can of well drained medium salsa to the chicken mixture and I add the full can of green chilies. Also, it's important to add the cheese only in the last few minutes of baking, or the cheese will just be crusty. I use fiesta corn instead of regular corn. I read that others added creamy chicken soup, but I think that would take away from the flavor. We like it with the sour cream.

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Awesome looking and tasting! I added red frosting to the bottom to conceal the pooling effect the chocolate had when it dried. I lined my tray with crumbled oreos, lined the edges with gummy worms, and filled the tray with these eyes and the spooky witches fingers from this site. I drizzled some thin red frosting over the whole tray to add to the bloody spookiness of it all. It got a lot of compliments for looks and taste! I will be doing that again next year for sure!

Champagne Punch III

Yummm! I make lemonade ice cubes with pieces of lime and mint for decoration and to keep it cold. I've made this for a homecoming party and I intend on using it again for a baby shower and probably a christmas party. Doubling is a must for any occasion!
