Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
I gave this a five star because it's a great basic recipe for starter like me. I double the recipe and didn't use too much onion plus didn't use any bell pepper. It taste pretty good but i feel like just the beef alone it doesn't add much flavor so i will be using half beef and half Italian sausage along with more of the cheddar/mozzarella cheese.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
Didn't add celery or ham but add in diced beef(tried once with ham and didn't like it). Instead of chicken bouillon, I use beef granules. It taste great and the family love it!

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
It's light and fluffy. My family and I just love eating it! Have all of the main ingredients that are usually around which I don't have to run to the store to get everything. I add chocolate chips and they're really delicious!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
These are so good! I didn't have large egg so I use jumbo and I did 1 cup semisweet chocolate chip and 1 cup white chocolate chip. they came out moist.I lower the oven to 325 since; I had a dark nonstick baking sheet (i also use parchment paper). This is my first time baking chocolate chocolate chip cookies and they taste better than at the store!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
These turn out well. I double the recipe using only 3 eggs(jumbo). as for the frosting, i didn't add honey to it since i have a 9 month baby that can't have honey. i add a little water to it...still love it....the brownies haven't even cool down yet and we're eating it away!
