Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

well I don't know if I would call this amazing.... I think this recipe is a really good fix if you over grill a steak and start to dry it out.... but I made mine medium so it was still juicey... the garlic flavor was good but too much unneeded butter... definately think it would work well saving a dried out steak though

Apple Maple Crumble Pie

This recipe tasted pretty good... I just have a few issues with it... first of it is not a pie... I think it would make a great crumb pie but for that to happen it needs a crust and to be put in a pie pan... second... next time I think I will add a tablespoon flour with the apples to help thicken them... also a tad of cinnamon, nutmeg, or nuts wouldn't hurt.... but the spices may take away from the maple flavor... but I think a few nuts would be a great addition.... the crumb topping is very good though and this recipe is a very good crisp...

Fluffy French Toast

Very good french toast to be sure to follow the instructions and whisk the milk first or it will stay lumpy.... very good french toast though

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Tender and very tasty.... kind of reminded my brother of BBQ Ribs.... I covered mine with tin foil for the first 30 minutes then drained some of the grease and baked the remaining time uncovered... very good

Very tasty apple bars... I double the recipe and it fit perfect in a jelly roll pan.... great flavor and presentation with the cinnamon sugar topping...

Home Made Top Tarts!

Definately better than boughten Pop Tarts... a great way to use up old pie crust or to make for a snack... I think you could cut back on the frosting though maybe half would be fine because they taste good without frosting... I made raspberry I am sure you would make as many varieties as there are kinds of Pop Tarts... and are they ever good reheated in a toaster so much better than Pop Tarts

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

A very good broccoli salad... tasted very good... although I didn't allow it toset for the full two hours... i was in a pinch... it was still very good... I do like the sweeter broccoli salad with raisins

Grilled Zucchini Pizza

Suprisingly ingredible.... I followed the recipe exactly and used exuisite pizza sauce from this site and these turned out wonderful... I also added pepperoni to some of them... teriffic... a fairly light supper.... what can't you make with zucchini

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These turned out pretty good... I thought they seemed to lack flavor but I didn't really measure the amount of potatos I used.... so I could have been a little short on the sauce... also be sure and cut the potatos small so they are done in the 35 minutes... mine took a little longer

Blueberry Crisp II

well my first attempt with this recipe didn't go so well instead of a crumb topping I got a doughy one... I used miracle whip light because that was all I had and it made it into more of a batter.... it still tasted good just needed to bake quite a bit long... next time I will try adding oats to the crumb and maybe a little less miracle whip... if this does work it could be a very very low fat dessert

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

Wow really really good.... a lot of work though but in the end it was worth it... because i made these in the summer i heated my grilled to 350 turned off the middle burner and "baked" them there for 15 minutes... they turned out great... I also followed another reviewers suggestion of putting cheese on top and underneither to keep the bread from getting too soggy... I also added some sliced pepperoni to them for a pizza touch... and used best marinara sauce yet off this site...great recipe... although there is some prep time involved...

Zucchini Herb Casserole

very very good... I am glad I read the reviews first as alwasts... i doubled the garlic and the spices and cut the cheese in half and it turned out just about perfect... I also used olive oil instead of veggy oil and brown rice instead of white rice...i love recipes you can make out of your garden... when I make again I might add a little more rice
