Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

SO SO AMAZING.... honestly as long as you have time to dedicated yourself to it, it is incredibly easy too... wow totally blow people away... I had everything measured and ready to go before i began.... i highly recommend doing this... I also whisked constantly until the toffee reached 295... that seemed to work perfect... great holiday recipe

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Following the other reviewers I used butter instead of shortening... These made great cookies with a great presentation... I will recommend as another reviewer did to add atleast an additional 1/4 cup of flour because the cookies did spread very thin.... Next time I will try the extra flour but overall with the replacing the shortening GOOD Recipe UPDATE: Quarter cup more flour and quarter teaspoon more baking soda really helped... also make sure butter is soft but not melted or hot... recipe is definately 5 stars after that

Gooey Butter Cake III

I made these for a church christmas party and got great reviews... some said it tasted like a sugar cookie others said the consistancy reminded them of a lemon bar... i thought they were very good and incredibly easy to make... they are very sweet though so I recommend cutting the pieces small... great recipe

Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

This recipe got amazing reviews from my family. I was one they told me I should definaely make again. It is important to follow the directions. Although i did good my veggies longer than stated and it took a lot longer than i thought for the milk to thicken but give it time and be sure to mix the cheese into the thickened milk mixture. I got mixed reviews with using popcorn to garnish, some people really like it while others did care for it.... Overall great recipe!!

Pumpkin Pie Bars

A simple recipe when you don't want to do the work of making a pumpkin pie... the struesel crust on top add something to it also... good recipe... but you can't beat a true pumpkin pie

Mashed Potato Cakes

Very, very good... I added minced garlic to the onions when I sauted them... then to the potatoes I added parsley, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and chedder cheese.... These turned out really good... it was like a mixture between a potato pan cake and a twice baked potato... my uncle liked them with apple sauce... while my brother tried ketchup.... personally I liked them plain... great use of mashed potatoes!!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

My uncle Mark made this for deer season it was different from all the other chilis we normally have. It was really good... Chicken and chili... Great combination. He made a few changes. only 2 oz of jalopenos, 7 oz of chilies, a tablespoon or two of cilantro, and an extra can of chicken broth. Very good!! might not have needed the extra broth though.

Hawaiian Pizza

WOW loved it... one of the best Hawaiin Pizza I have ever had.... You can add more toppings to your likings... Great recipe.. truely a great pan pizza crust and everything... just follow the directions and everything turns out great!!

Rhubarb Bars

Great Bars. I liked the strawberry and rhubarb combination, they work well together. It also made a lot of bars because it used a jelly roll pan. I will make again.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I made these as a change to grilled pork chops (the way we usually make them) They had good flavor but to me nothing beats a Pork Chop off the grill. Will make again if I need a change of pace.

Slow Cooker Lasagna II

True you do have to do a lot of work but then you can set it on the counter and have dinner ready when you get home. I put together the night before then put in the refrigerator and turned the slow cooker on in the morning. It tasted really good just like Lasagna. The only suggestion I have is using cottage cheese in place of ricotta cheese.

Really really excellent... also tastes good if you add some flax seed.. you can mess with the ingredients until you find out what you like... the frozen banana and the oatmeal give this smoothie a great texture

AWESOME!!.... I found these and they looked interesting and like something i wanted to try.... everyone liked the change of pace... they were excellant tasting but a little difficult to form into paddies.... once you get them formed and in the pan you are good to go though... EXCELLANT

Slow Cooker Apple-Scented Venison Roast

A good way to make a venison roast... we are use to the "gamey" taste so it doesn't bother us... this recipe worked well... I served it over noodles... but it was too juicey... next time i will try over mashed potatoes to soak up the juice... the meat tasted good though... next time I will season it with atleast salt and pepper... and it was super super easy to make
