Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
The best way to eat any soup... incredible... bread bowls are really good but oh so filling... I don't know how anyone could eat these... if they make 6 out of this recipe.. althouh they might be a better size for a bowl... there is no way to eat it all... my dough was a little soft... I think if I added a little more flour they may hold there shape better... it would also be nice if there was some form for the bowls to rise in to keep them from spread... but other wise these worked very well... excellent way to serve any soup

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
WOW really good so much better than any au gratin from a box.... I agree with other reviewers that the cheese sauce would be great over macaroni... because it is certainly fantastic over these potatoes...

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
A very tasty way to eat cooked carrots I would use butter over margarine though.... but very simple and tasty... also another alternative is to use honey instead of brown sugar....

Great bread.... I am glad I gave it a try... it was really nice because I didn't have to eat up the oven in the summer to make it... it did taste great though... next time I will try adding some garlic to the butter for more of a garlic flavor... but it is a good bread...

Savory Bubble Bread

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
This bread has great flavor.... mine came out of the bread machine a little sticky and hard to work with... after I got it seasoned and in the pan it rose beautifully and tasted devine... I think you can really tweek the seasonings to your taste... sundried tomatoes basil and chedder... I think I will play with this recipe a little

Cantaloupe Frenzy

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
I didn't think there was really anything special about this recipe.... my family thought it was kinda kinda just drinking a cantaloupe kind of like baby food.... if I ever make this again I will try adding some sprite or maybe some strawberries or banana or other fruit... as is though I think I would rather just eat the canaloupe

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
Wow these are great... the only thing I did differently was add a couple bollion cubes to the water when I boiled the spices... I also but the shredded meat back into the juice and cooked for another hour... I served on a homemade hoagie bun and topped with sauteed onions and green peppers and the juice... AMAZING!!
