Burger or Hot Dog Buns
excellent buns.... turned out wonderful... I let mine rise a for extra time about half an hour in the bowl... divided rolled into balls flattened and let rise for another 45 minutes if you have the time i definitely suggested it..... i brushed mine with an egg white wash and sprinkled with sesame seeds and poppy seeds... great presentation... great texture.... great taste....

Rhubarb Stir Cake
Turned out great... really simple rhubarb cake... just throw it all in a bowl and give it a stir.... the batter was really really thick but it still rose nice and tasted great... and yes other reviewers left overs taste even better the next day..... very moist and delicious

Spring Rhubarb Salad
excellent flavor however mine didn't set up in 6 hours.... ended up being rather soupy.... next time I will only try one cup water... good way to use rhubarb UPDATE: I put the left overs in a small container and the next morning it was perfect consistancy next time I justt need to give it more time to set up I think... strawberries and rhubarb are such a good combination
