Sugar Free Blueberry Coffee Cake

This has to be the BEST sugar free dessert I have ever tasted. My husband raved over it too! I followed the recipe and the results were perfect. I plan on trying it with raspberries next time. Thanks for the great recipe, I'd love to have more like this one!

Fudge Cake

I just made this today and decided to make it sugar free. I used Splenda in place of the sugar. Added extra coca like suggested and this is VERY good. I used the sugar free frosting from this site and it made a very good cake. It is dense but very flavorful.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

These were great, I'm always looking for different ways to cook potatoes. I made no changes except at the end I did add a teaspoon of Splenda since the vinegar was a little bit strong for my tast and they were PERFECT. Thanks!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

A decent basic batter reipe but too thin for my taste. Did a test batch according to the original recipe and I did not care for it. I made another batch omitting the garlic, cutting the salt and pepper to one teaspoon each and added a half cup of flour.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This was very good. The bread crumb cheese mixture made way too much and I didn't want to throw it away so I peeled and diced some potatoes, added some sauteed onion, butter and the bread crumb cheese mixture and baked until they were tender. It complemented the chicken very well! My husband LOVED the chicken!

Zucchini Bread IV

I was given a very large zucchini yesterday and could not find my usual recipe so used this one. It is fabulous, like others I felt the topping part was way too much so next time I'll cut it in half. I did add an extra cup of the zucchini but other than that I followed the recipe and it was perfect! Thanks!!
