I have made these muffins several times and they are fantastic! The only thing I do to them is sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of them before I stick them in the oven or sometimes I substitue 1/2 c of the flour for 1/4 flax meal and 1/4 wheat germ. Great muffins!

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

This is a great recipe as is, however I was not a fan of the syrup. I make changes to the recipe just to make it healthier for my family. I substitue 1 c. of all pupose flour for: 1/2 c. wheat, 1/4 c. wheat germ, 1/4 c. flax meal. I substitute brown sugar for the white, and apple sauce for the oil. Great recipe that I can change as I see fit!

Orange Parfaits

Fairly runny when you first put the ingredients together, even after adding the cool whip. However, they do firm up nicely in the fridge. If I had more time I would have let them firm up between layers because the graham cracker crumbs tend to just rise to the top upon adding the next layer. Great flavor. My kids LOVED them.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This was really tasty. I'm making it for the second time tonight. The only think different that I did was to substitute beefy mushroom soup for the beef broth.

Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

Really enjoyed this but it wasn't tomato enough for me so I added a can of tomato sauce and a small can of tomato paste and this was perfect!

Slow Cooker Manly Stew

I must admit, I was very surprised by how yummy this was. I was really worried about combining cheddar cheese soup with mushroom soup to make a beef stew. But this was absolutley fantastic. I didn't have onion soup mix, so left that out, Added a can of chicken broth, some salt, pepper, celery seed, onion powder, and thyme (I don't measure, sorry), carrots, and potatoes and it was really tasty and the gravy was perfect. Quick, easy, and ingredients that I have on hand.

Luscious Slush Punch

Wow, this is great! I am so picky about my punches, and this is excellent. I do like my punch sweet, so I added the full amount of sugar and I just love the taste of this!! Hopefully all of the baby shower guests will too!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

YUM, YUM, YUM! I baked these cookies for my first decorating class and oh my goodness did they ever turn out fantastic! Easy to cut out once you roll them out and they are delicious! I took them out of the oven just as I started to see the edges brown and they are just perfect.

Vanilla Glaze

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This is soooo good!! Couple of things I did different just because I didn't have all ingredients. I replaced the sweetened condensed milk with 1/4 c flour and 3/4 c sugar, and I only had 2 1/2 pkgs of cream cheese so I added a 1/2 c of sour cream to make up the difference. Based on other reviews, I took out 1/2 c of brownie mixture for the crust. Can not believe how good the brownie crust is. Not hard at all, but soooo moist and yummy!! May be my new cheesecake recipe.

Fudge Puddles

These turned out great! Wish I had discovered this recipe before the Christmas holiday. I let the chocolate set up a bit before I put them in the cup which allowed me to get the chocolate in the center without a mess. I halved the chocolate part and mixed in a teaspoon of peanut butter and it was a perfect amount.

Marshmallow Fondant

This is the fondant recipe I use everytime I make fondant and it turns out perfect. Easy to work with! Like a reviewer suggested, I put in wilton food color gel right after I melt the marshmallows and the color is always fantastic and even.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

If you are not a beer lover, like myself, you WILL be able to taste the beer in this. I highly recommend a high quality beer because the flavor infuses throughout the soup. I fixed it a second time with chicken stock and it was much better. I did not like it at all with the beer and my kids hated it...my husband, being a beer lover, did like it.
