Edible, but bland. Kids didn't like. I used the Hawaiian bread loaf and diced into 2" square pieces. I didn't let it sit for 10 minutes because the bread saturates so quickly. I also put in a bundt pan but let it cook for 50 minutes. It was like eating warm slightly soggy bread-not quite what I was looking for. I think with such a variance on opinions for this recipe it could be the kind of bread being used which could make a huge difference. Those who liked it would serve others well by noting the specific type and thickness of bread used.
