Golden Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
Oh my goodness.! I halved the recipe because it's just the two of us --- my husband ate most of them and declared they were the best rolls he'd ever eaten. They smelled so good baking and I just love this recipe! I'll be passing it on to my daughters, daughter-in-law and grand-daughters! Thanks you so much, Colleen, for a blast from the past; they reminded me so much of my grandmother's rolls...yum!

Yummy Pork Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
This is good! I had just the right amount of pork roast left over to make this dish and my husband gave it a A+. It could be made with turkey, chicken, beef and would still have the same good rating. One thing - use a large skillet to cook the vegetables because when you add the remaining ingredients, you have a large amount to deal with. I used a cup of frozen corn and had to substitute cottage cheese for sour cream. It worked fine!

Foolproof Rib Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
How wonderful for someone who has never cooked a rib roast! So easy and my husband couldn't get over how tender it was and how good it tasted. I might lessen the salt just a little as I'm not much of a salt eater (my husband is) but it's so good just as it is, I'll probably keep following the exact recipe! Thank you so much

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
This is amazingly tender and so easy to fix. I would use half the butter next time as it was quite greasy. Also think I would uncover for the last 15 minutes as noted in another review. Great for company or family meal.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
My pork loin turned out to be country-style pork ribs (freezer mislabel) but went ahead with the recipe. I too had to use balsamic vinegar but the ribs turned out so nicely and tasty too! The sauce was yummy with all the onions. I was a little disappointed that it didn't cook down more. My husband didn't even put barbecue sauce on them. I'll be fixing this again but with a pork loin next time!
