At first I was a little skeptical about this recipe but I wanted to try something new! This pie was delicious!! I did add brown and white sugar to the top to make a crunchy, sweet topping and added slices of fresh strawberries when I served it! This pie was great!! I will be making this again very soon!!

Hoot-n Holler Baby Back Pork Ribs

These ribs are AWESOME!!!! I made them 3 nights ago and plan on making them again this weekend when we have a bunch of guests coming!! This is one of my new favorite recipes!! Easy but wonderful!!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Had this for dinner tonight!!! It was very good. I marinaded it for about 6 1/2 hours and although it wasn't that flavorful, once I added the gravy I made w/ the extra marinade it was AWESOME!! I doubled the batch for 2 tenderloins and wish I had tripled it because there wasn't that much gravy left over. My husband loved it and suggested that we try and make a stir fry w/ this sauce recipe someday!! I will make this again someday and try to marinade the meat longer and make extra sauce! Great recipe!
