Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake ahead of time, I add cream cheese, garlic and parsley to mixture as well. Reviews very helpful, especially using the plastic bag trick to fill them!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I agree with other reviews that the onions should be diced but this recipe is excellent! Adding a little nutmeg just prior to pouring the sauce on the potatoes is a real treat too!
