My Best Clam Chowder

Yum! I did use bacon fat instead of butter, which gave it an oomph and used a tsp of liquid smoke. Good recipe =) thanks!!

Perfect Apple Pie

Yum! I made them into mini tarts and they were very tasty!! =) Just added some cloves in the mix but that's it. =) thank you for the recipe!!

Yummy! I used vanilla paste instead of vanilla extract this time and it was super tasty. I believe that this recipe should be made the day before so the dough can rise in the fridge and IT WILL DOUBLE, so give it room to grow. It makes fantastic tasting waffles that I recommend to everyone! I froze a bunch and they still taste great after being baked for a bit.

Black Magic Cake

Delicious cake! I've made this 3 times in the past month. I substituted Baileys Caramel Liquor instead of the coffee. I didn't have buttermilk so I used 2% milk. I used just 1 cup of brown sugar packed instead of the 2 cups. I also added chocolate extract, and it makes it that much more chocolatey! Thanks!!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Yummy! The only thing I changed was that I used apple sauce instead of using oil and then instead of melted unsweetened chocolate, I used dark chocolate. To top things off, I sprinkled some cocoa nibs on top, which gives the bread such an awesome texture. =) Enjoy!

Chocolate Torte

I made the butter from scratch which, I think made the cake super moist! To make butter just throw some cream in the blender until it forms "curds". Then squeeze the buttermilk out with a cheese cloth! The cake was great, everyone enjoyed it!

'Got Some Crust' Macaroni and Cheese

Mmm this was tasty. I made a few changes like added some sundried tomatoes, red pepper flakes and basil. It added a great kick to the dish. Thanks for the recipe!!!
