Chicken Marsala
Connie’s Tips for this Dish • You don’t need to use the Sherry in the recipe..i left it out and it tasted delicious anyways. • Also- when I did the first step, I used a big clear ziplock bag to mix the flour etc to the chicken. Less of a mess. • I cooked it with baby bella mushrooms and added some scallop to dress it up. • But if you don’t want to complicate, just the chicken, mushroom over pasta was sooooooo delicious. • Also to make it more gourmet, I added a couple dashes of half/half or heavy cream (whatever you have in the fridge) to give it a creamy gourmet taste. • Hey, Italian seasoning is awesome. Sprinkle some!

Cedar Planked Salmon
boyfriend said it was the best salmon he has ever had. i agree! i can't wait to make it again for my friends and loved ones. i used olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

Bubble Pizza
I made this last night it was alright. I would definitely ONLY make this pizza if you are a fan of a thick crust. I am a thin crust fan so the biscuit crust did not impress me. My other guests who like thick crust pizzas enjoyed this very much. Just a warning to all my thin crust pizza fans!
