These are ok. A good way to use up peanut butter. I added cinnamon to half the batter, and it tasted better.

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2014
I made little wreths for Christmas. I used pastry bag instead of cookie press. The dough was too thick, it was difficult to get it out. So I added few spoons of sour cream to thin it. It worked better. So I think, I would add less flour next time.

Very nice and impressive. Everyone enjoyed it. I used homemade butternut squash puree because I already had it :) also regular, full fat milk and homemade vanilla extract. Thanks Chef John, God bless you too! :)

Three Meat Cannelloni Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2014
I made 2 variations of this dish. first as its written, but using crapes as shells. Second batch, I added mushrooms to the filling and I made fresh pasta sheets. Both were good. My brother liked one kind and I liked the other, but using crepes was easier. I used much less tomato sauce. Next time I might make more Bechamel sauce and use it for the topping.

Stabilized Whipped Cream Icing

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2014
The measurements are off... it was runny. So I beated about 1 cup more of heavy cream and folded in, then I was able to pipe it on my cake. Plus it would not be enough to cover 10" cake (not tall). With extra cup heavy cream, it was just right. Also you dont have to microwave it for 3 min, just make sure its melted. I used half cold water to soak, then half hot water and microwaved the mixture for 10 more seconds. So this worth only 3 stars as written

Whipped Cream Filling

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2014
This filling/icing was stable, but not as I expected, I was hoping for more stiff cream. Well I added vanilla extract. Make sure the gelatin mixture is runny and you can pour it in the cream while beating on high.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2014
The dough was crumbly when I added oats. I think there should be less flour. I didnt have white chips so I put in butterscotch and chocolate. The didnt rise/spread... tastes ok.

Easy Coconut Macaroons

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2014
2 stars only for the good taste, the look is pretty emberessing. Good thing it didnt waste much ingrediets. Well I changed the recipe as others suggested, used powdered sugar as it already has starch. Istead of starch I used 2 tbsp of flour.

The tart was very tart. It was eatable with tea. The next day it tasted much better, not so tart. The crust was nice and crisp. I made it as written except I used 12' tart pan and it was perfect.
