I gave this 4 stars because I made some changes to it to get it just right. Like many other reviewers I added 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce, 2 Tablespoons of ketchup, and 1 crushed clove of garlic to the meat mixture. I did add sour cream to the mashed potatoes because mine seemed to dry. Next time I would omit the onion in the potatoe mixture too. It is a tad on the blad side....so dont be afraid to add the full 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce. I have yet to try it but I think making it with the gravy instead of the broth, like others have suggested, would add a nice punch of flavor.
