Teriyaki Wraps

My wife made this recipe and even though she left out the soy sauce and salt, it was waaaay too salty! I think maybe the recipe is supposed to call for teriyaki glaze and NOT sauce. I bet it would be pretty good with the glaze, given the sweeter, less salty, and thicker texture and flavor.

Apple Hermits

I am allergic to walnuts and we don't like raisins much in our house, so I left both of those out, bulked up the apples and substituted 1c. of oats for half the flour. Also found the dough to be a little dry so I added 1/2c. of apple juice to moisten it up. Turned out great!
