Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake
I can't believe this recipe has only 4 stars. I was just here browsing and came across it and I have been making this cake for 30 yrs! It is moist, flavorful and EASY!! Not too sweet if that's what you're looking for.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
This recipe is restaurant worthy. I made it exactly as written except I realized my Alfredo jar was only 15 oz..So, I added an 8 oz. can of regular tomato sauce which gave me a blush sauce. I also used fresh mozzarella only because it is my preference. I use my boyfriend as my guinea pig and he has to rate my cooking using the 5 star rule. This one got 5+ and we both said if we had ordered this meal out, we would have been satisfied to have paid for it. Also, it says you need 8 lasagna noodles and for once, that's exactly how many you need. I cooked 2 extra in case I needed them or if any broke while cooking. This recipe is fun. You can change the sauce and just use a plain tomato, homemade or jar (my fav. jar is Newman's Own), regular Alredo which comes in so many flavors (I used mushroom) or you can add the tomato sauce and make a blush (pink) sauce. This one is absolutely a keeper!

Jeanne's Chocolate Kiss Cookies
Got PMS? Or are you just a chocoholic? Either way this cookie is your fix. You'll probably satisfy your cravings just by making them (I ate alot of the batter). I ran out of kisses (again couldn't help myself but eat them). Can you tell I am a chocoholic? There really IS such a thing. One hint, let the kisses cool completely before eating. When you eat them warm they are similar in taste to a warm brownie. MMMMM GOOD! :-D
