This was okay but the amount of liquid called for is not enough to cook a pound of pasta. I added a cup of water and that helped but it diluted the taste. Maybe you should use half the amount of pasta or double the sauce.

This was okay but I don't think I'll make it again. There was something I didn't like about it. Maybe I don't like colby/jack cheese in an alfredo sauce.

Kielbasa and Veggies

My husband and I really liked this recipe. It wasn't dry at all. I didn't thaw my veggies first and that gave it a little extra moisture. Thanks for the recipe. I'll be making it often.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

We love Mexican food and this was much easier than the traditional way I make enchilades. And it's very tasty too. I used a larger size can of beans (couldn't find just 8 oz.) and only 2 cups of chhese and it came out perfect!
