Great and easy recipe. I added the chopped chives and curry powder for garish as it said in the note.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

My husband and I loved this dish! I followed the suggestions of others and mixed the butter, lemon juice, and seasoning altogether and then poured it on and around the salmon. It was a bit too much lemon flavor so I would also decrease to 3-4 Tbsp as others also suggested.

Marinated Venison Steaks

I've used this a lot and just love it! I always marinate overnight (set aside some of the marinade to use for basting) and it has always turned out great. A mixing hint that I like to do is to mix the marinade ingredients in a tupperware so you can really shake it up good to mix the oil in, then I add the meat and let it all soak. I've never had the oil separate out after mixing.
