I can't tell you if the cookies were any good but the dough was FABULOUS! (just kidding - the cookies - the few that we did cook - were great too)... this is not an ordinary chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Squirrel's Great Beef Steak

Squirrel knows steak! I had my husband fire up the grill to cook some steaks for tomorrow... we tasted one and then another..now, we'll have to cook something else for tomorrow.

Death by Chocolate and Caramel

How can you go wrong with delicious chocolate brownies? We keep kosher and I had a hard time finding kosher caramels, so I used Rolos. Cutting them prior to putting them on would have perfected the brownies, but they were quite delicious. And, my 3 year old enjoyed helping prepare the recipe.

Quick Chicken Zingarella

this was fast and easy and the taste was fantastic. I had a roasted garlic spaghetti sauce that I wanted to use - this recipe was perfect. I couldn't find roasted italian cherry peppers - we put out spicy cherry peppers on the side... but the dish was great even without them!

Potato Latkes I

really great! I didn't mind all the eggs - I doubled the batch... used a food processor to grate onion and tater... a cheese cloth to wring out water.. and tested oil before cooking.... not one left on the plate.... didn't even put anything on them
