About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to make potato soup, turkey soup and lasagna. They all take a lot of time but they’re worth it in the end!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to bake. When I was younger, my dad made cinnamon bread several times a year. It was simply the most delicious thing ever. I’ve been addicted to bread since and have been trying to master his skills.

Beef Barley Soup
Great recipe! I cut back on the oregano and have made it without beef and its just as good!

Chocolate Scotcheroos
I loved this recipe and ate way too much of my own dessert! I did follow the advice of others and doubled the chocolate. It was a huge hit and very tasty! I will make this again and again!

Lasagna-Stuffed Mushrooms
My husband loved this meal! I too enjoyed it. However, I think I will cook the mushrooms separately in butter before I put them in the oven. I haven't tried it yet but I hope it will help and add a little more flavor to the mushroom.
