Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this just as the recipe stated with one exception. I'm not a fan of a soggy crust, so I blind baked the bottom crust for 10 minutes at 425. There would be no way to double the liquid as some have stated...mine was running over the top of a deep dish pie plate as it was. This recipe was awesome! Reminded me of the frozen ones my mom would serve when I was a kid...just fresher and more delicious.

Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

I mixed the egg and milk as others have suggested. Was good, but very cheesy and heavy. Would probably be better as a side dish.

Beef Stew VI

The only thing I changed was add some flour to it to thicken it up. My kids said it reminded them of pot roast with vegetables. Delicious! I will definitely make it again.
