I've made a lot of pies, but never even had a strawberry-rhubarb pie. I decided to try, and this is a winner! I did change it a little. I used 2 T cornstarch instead of flour, and only 3/4 cup sugar. I didn't measure the rhubarb, 3 medium sized stalks, and most of a 16 oz thing of strawberries. Didn't quite fill up my deep dish, but with the topping, pretty much did.
Oh, and I cut in the butter to the topping with a pastry knife.
