Baked Dijon Salmon

We all loved this. I prepared it exactly as written. I will definitely be making it again. I served it with a tossed salad and flavored rice. The leftovers were as good as the first day.

This is a wonderful and easy recipe. I took another readers advice and added 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup to make them rise. They rose beautifully. I didn't have any trouble getting out of the muffin pan. I just sprayed it really well with pam.

Bebop Baked Beans

This was a great and simple bean recipe. I doubled it for my daughters graduation party, hoping for leftovers. No way. It was gone. I substituted onions for the peppers and added a little bit of the bacon fat to the beans. Fabulous flavor. I will absolutely make again.

BREAKSTONE'S Sensational Creamy Strawberry Shortcake

This is sensational. I changed from instant vanilla pudding t regular and do not make into a cake. Instead I put together on demand ti keep the biscuit from getting soggy. The topping is more like a vanilla sauce and tastes awesome. everyone in my family liked this version better than the stiffer vanilla filling.
