Honey Bun Cake I
This is EXCELLENT! Friends dropped in unexpectedly for morning coffee, and I didn't have anything in the house to offer them, so I stirred this up. It was so fast and easy-- and so good! I cut the brown sugar down to three-quarters of a cup as other reviewers suggested, and only made half the frosting because I thought the cake would be sweet enough. Everyone raved. One friend said it was like something from an expensive bakery, which it was. I'll make this again. I'd give it ten stars if possible!

Kansas Tomato Sandwich
i've made this sandwich for years! Best with mayonnaise, good bread like sourdough, colby-jack or aged provolone cheese, and ONION! A summer classic and so easy! Only four stars because I think my changes make it five stars.

Hot Apple Cider
I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I tripled the recipe as we had a lot of family but I didn't quite triple the spices or maple syrup as I served the cider in a crock pot and knew it would be cooking down and getting a bit stronger. I scrubbed the fruit and sliced into rounds, then floated it and the spices on the cider. It looked beautiful! After a couple of hours, I removed the spices, but left the fruit. This was a huge success. Everyone asked me if I would make it again for Christmas! Of course, I said yes!
