Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
Exactly what I was looking for. One note: I always dribble some drippings in the muffin cup and heat those to sizzling befor I ladle the batter in. They come out beautifully every time.

Wilted Spinach

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
I did as the last reviewer suggested and cooked the spinach in a pot with the vinegar, oil salt and garlic. I cooked and stirred it for just a few minutes and am now enjoying it very much! Will make again!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
Excellent! Very moist and tasty. I used half ww flour, almond milk and used ground flax instead of eggs. I also took advice from others and added vanilla. I omitted the sugar/pecan topping and they were great!

Garlic Aioli

Very tasty. I used fresh garlic from my garden (really strong flavour) and a little less lemon juice. I really liked the pepper too! Will def. use again.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
maybe its because i used a venison roast, maybe i wasn't heavy handed enough with the garlic. I just found the flavour to be lacking and the tartness of the cranberries wasn't as plesant as anticipated. i'll try it again but it wasn't a favorite.

Zucchini Cakes

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
I didn't use Old Bay (don't have any) so instead I used a shake of Jamaica Mistake seasoned pepper and fresh breadcrumbs. I was worried that these would be soggy so I planned to bake them a little longer, but they were golden and crispy on the outside after 40 mins. in the oven. We like them and they are a great new way to use up all the summer's zucchini! I'll make these again for sure!

Normally I dont buy prepackaged dessert stuff - including the biscuit dough needed for this recipe. However, when pressed for time this is the hands down best easy dessert recipe ever! I love it and make it way too often!

This is really easy to make and so good for you too. When my son was just starting to eat solids, I would make this and put it through the food processor for him, he loved it!
