Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Simple and simply wonderful! It looked like too much sugar but it wasn't (glad I didn't cut down). The pie was tart and tasty. Try it!

Great change of pace!This was very popular with my Thanksgiving gang. I did take the recommendations of the other reviewers and added more sugar (1 1/4 c. total) and chopped the cranberries! Will make again!

Miracle Soup

Sicilian Ricotta Cheesecake

not quite what i expected but very good. Light texture although mine was slightly grainy. Would be lovely in the warm weather with fresh fruit.

Ruby Red Layered Salad

this is a beautiful salad. I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone wanted it again at Christmas. I doubled it for my crowd, but I would suggest not doubling the pineapple so it will jell properly.
