Delicious combination of ingredients. Next time I make this, I would use 3 avocados and only a cup of sourcream. I used the PC mango-peach salsa and it was great. I used corriander chutney in lieu of hotsauce and also added some chili flakes.

This frosting recipe definitely has potential. It needs quite a bit of time to set so next time I will make this the day before I want to frost a cake. I will also try using less milk as suggested by other reviewers.

This pie crust was delicious. I used 1/2 cup butter and a 1/4 cup shortening. I also didn't follow the instructions; I used a pastry blender to cut in the butter and shortening. Spelt flour is a lot softer than wheat so 6 tablespoons of water would have been sufficient. I used 7 and it was really moist but still worked out okay.

Fantastic! Best whole wheat crust ever. I used 2 1/2 cups whole wheat, 1 white. I also added garlic and basil before adding the flour to the bread machine pan.

Great, easy recipe. I made banana covered with coconut, brandy covered with cocoa powder and vanilla covered with confectioners sugar. Went over to rave reviews at the office.

Great! Huge hit with grilled pineapple, mangoes and strawberries at a dinner party. Next time I might try this with a bit less sugar and a bit more cocoa powder.

This is a great recipe. The frosting especially. I was a bit skeptical about the amount of milk and based on the reviews of some other cooks I started out using 3/4 cup. I whisked for a while and the batter was just to stiff and it was hard to get all the lumps out of the butter. I ended up adding 2 extra table spoons. This is meant to be a dense, heavy cake and I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much on its own. I used it as part of a layer cake with the One bowl chocolate cake III recipe on this site and it was fantastic. I used the caramel frosting as the fill. This frosting is fantastic but I don't think I would have enjoyed it covering an entire cake, personal taste. I used a chocolate frosting recipe from this site to frost the top and sides of the cake. The finished result got excellent reviews!

I cut this recipe more or less in half. Used 1 cup butter, 4 cups confectioners sugar, 1 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup milk. The texture was perfect for spreading and tasted delicious!

Just made this for the first time and served to a couple of dinner guests. Went over to rave reviews. I would add fifty percent more of the coffee/rum. an extra eight cup of coffee and and extra table spoon of rum.

A tasty, easy rabbit recipe. Personally I'd omit the bacon next time. I added some sage.

A very flavourful, thin, crispy pizza crust. Some dipping sauce for the crusts would be a nice idea.

Great basic white bread recipe. I made this 50% whole wheat and used the whole wheat setting of my machine. It turned out great.
