Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

This was delicious. Even my picky children ate it all and loved it! It was creamy even without the half and half so I only used about 1/2 cup. Very good. Will make again

Like the dressing for this. I also crunched up the ramen noodles and baked them with the almonds. In the future would probably add shredded chicken to make a complete meal.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

This was a hit in our house. I only used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup-didn't have cream of chicken soup and was afraid it would be too runny with 2 cans of soup. Great!

Easy OREO Truffles

I made these and took to work with me. Everyone loved them! Next time when I make them I will take the advice of others and put the truffles in the freezer before I dip in chocolate. It might make that part a little easier. It was quite messy but worth it!

BB's Chicken

Very good flavor. I did add some garlic, salt and pepper to the chicken. Only cooked 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered as others suggested and the chicken breasts were not done. Had to cook an additional 20 minutes. My chicken breasts were quite thick. Would make this again.

Asian Style Country Ribs

The flavor was good...a bit to salty for my taste. The meat ended up being quite dry even though I left some of the marinade in the crock pot. Probably would cook again but use less soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce and not cook as long.

Broccoli Casserole

This was excellent! I made for Thanksgiving and took to work and it was devoured! I followed the recipe except I used low fat cream of mushroom soup and no fat mayo. Still tasted great.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This was excellent! I used chocolate syrup in the bottom of my crust and also swirled some on top of the pie. I used low fat whipped cream, low fat cream cheese and low fat milk and it was excellent!
