Fabulous! The most eaten cookie at my work cookie party. I gave the recipe out at least 15 times.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
I make this on a regular basis to take to work in the morning while it's still hot. This casserole has such a reputation around the hospital that people from all departments come for a sample and the recipe every single time. My family thinks it is delicious and I really didn't change a single thing, other than using the dried onions sold in the spice isle instead of fresh. I don't pre-bake my potatoes, and quite often when they are on sale I use a bag of the 'Simply Potatoes' that are generally sold close to the eggs. If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would! I did make it recently with maple flavored sausage and it was quite spectacular.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2009
This was such a hit at our house! I made it just as written, let it cook on low for 10 hours and the babysitter served it for dinner. The leftovers were even better the next day. This is a simply delicious recipe!

I took this to work and there were some skeptics in the crowd, but after tasting it everyone wanted a)the recipe and b)a spaghetti squash from my garden! I used 3/4 cup sugar and only 2 eggs because I ran was delicious, and easy to make.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2009
I made this for work and the reviews were beyond positive. I went to get a piece after putting out in the common area and it was already gone, 10 minutes in! I used a frozen deep dish pie crust and baked it for 5 minutes before putting the apples in. I made my topping in the food processor and it didn't have that oatmeal look, but it tasted wonderful, and browned nicely without foil on top. The only thing I omitted from the recipe was the lemon zest. I used Gravenstein apples that made a beautiful inside, firm and tasty without being mushy. 5 plus stars!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
Can it get any easier than this? These muffins were delicious and gobbled up by my family before they were cool! I'm going to try them again with the Spice Cake suggestion, but the recipe was stupendous as written.
