Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2012
Wish I could give more stars - this was amazingly delicious! I did use the whole 1 cup of butter, and used a tsp. of dried parsley. I thawed 2 lbs of frozen shrimp and took the tails off, much easier for my kids to eat. I served it over wide egg noodles, and was happy to have the extra buttery sauce. Both my kids literally licked their plates - it was that good. And so easy to make. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

I love these! I get small tins from the dollar spot in Target, fill them with oreo truffles, and give them as gift during the holidays!

Slow Cooker Lasagna II

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I used the oven ready noodles. It was a bit dry after cooking on low for 8 1/2 hours. We cook for a shorter amount of time next time.

Seafood Fettuccine

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I didn't have green onions so I used shallots. I also substituted grilled salmon for the scallops. I used only 1 tbsp of cornstarch. At the end, I also sprinkled with Old Bay seafood seasoning. Excellent dinner!

Anne's Fabulous Grilled Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2011
My new favorite grilled salmon recipe! I did not not have fresh ginger or basil, so I used ground ginger and dried basil. I marinated for about an hour before grilling. Whole family loved it!

Salmon Cakes I

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2011
I am not a fan of salmon cakes, but with the addition of potatoes I tried it. I did change the original recipe a bit. I used less potatoes and added Old Bay seafood seasoning to the mixture. I chilled the mixture making it easier to form. I coated the patties in a mixture of flour, corn meal and Old Bay. The whole family loved them.

Sweet Potato Casserole VI

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
This is exactly the taste I was looking for. I did not make the topping, since my kids don't like nuts. I baked it with out the topping for 10 minutes, then added mini marshmallows and continued baking for 30 more minutes. It was perfect!

Alternative Baked Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
Made this exactly as the original recipe and the entire family LOVED it! My salmon was a bit thicker than an inch on the end, so I added 4 minutes cooking time. The topping turned out perfectly under the broiler for 4 minutes.

Sausage Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I cut the crescent dough into small squares and put them into mini muffin tins that were lightly sprayed with cooking spray. I put a scoop of the sausage/cheese mixture into each crescent cup and baked at 350. They seem a little easier to transport and eat this way. I always make them for football tailgates when we have early games.

I used this recipe for my first time cooking salmon, and we loved it! I used a red pepper instead of green, and only half an onion. I baked instead of grilling.
