Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm....so good!!! To make these ULTIMATE twice baked potataoes so lunch, I did make a few changes. First, when I baked the potatoes, I rubbed each in olive oil and salt then wrapped them in aluminum foil. Next, I replaced the sour cream with cream cheese, the chedder cheese with pepper jack, and the green onions with red. I also didn't use any bacon. They came out AMAZING! Will definitley make them again and again and again! :)

Cajun-Spiced Popcorn

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is definitly THE best popcorn I've ever eaten. It is very, very addictive. EVERYONE in the family enjoyed it very VERY VEEERRYY much...LOL

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

OMG!!!!! This recipe is AMAZINGLY wonderful!!! Anyone and Everyone who enjoys shrimp, this is recommended! I did do mine a little different though. First of all I used vegetable oil since I didn't have any olive oil. Also, instead of using dry white wine (since I NEVER use wine) I used a mixture of chicken broth and lemon juice. I even had to make my own Cajun seasoning since I ran out of it...But I followed the directions except that I added some of the Cajun seasoning to my tomatoes while they were cooking...And as a final note, I cooked my tomatoes WAY WAY WAY longer than instructed since I don't like that flavor of undercooked tomatoes...But NO DOUBT i definitely ? this recipe!!!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

WOW...THESE ARE WONDERFUL!!!!!!! All I did different was that I used IDAHO potatoes (which don't seem to suck up as much oil, they are great for frying ). Also, I seasoned mine with season salt and powdered garlic. I definitely will make these again and again and again!!!!!

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

WOW...I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! All I did was a few minor changes... 1. I calculated for 8 servings 2. All I had were lunch brown paper bags so I put four cups of popcorn into each bag to microwave it. 3. I poured the carmel on the popcorn while it was in the bowl that way it covered throughly. And guess what??? I got it right the first time!!!!! GREAT RECIPE WILL MAKE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!

Microwave Popcorn

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! But I did make a few adjustments... First of all, I calculated the recipe to 4 servings and I used two brown paper bags... Then I used: 2/3 cup unpopped popcorn 1-1/4 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic cooked it for 2:50 and my family ate it all up in less than 8 minutes... It was DELICOUS!!! I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...!!!
