Anxious to try this clever cake pop. I re-read this and finally think I figured out the following. Poke the lollipop stick into the donut, (then take it out and dip the stick into the melted chocolate, then back into the donut.) Then store in styrofoam until the stick is set, then dip the donut in the chocolate and decorate.

Beef Enchiladas II

I've used this sauce mix for years with rave reviews. However to TEX-Mex it for the chain restaurant effect, I add a small can of Wolf chili to the sauce. Also, I use the Cheddar/Monterey Jack mixed cheese for better melting.

Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

Almost perfect, but guess what! I add a small handful of cinnamon (red hots) candies to the sugar mixture. You will love the red color and extra cinnamon flavor. Try it, you'll love it. Goes so good with a ham dinner.

New Red Potato Salad

We all enjoyed this potato salad, but next time will tweak a little. Slice potatoes(like scalloped)and use half miracle whip/half mayo. Bacon bits would be great unless restricted by koser menu.

Red Enchilada Sauce

Too much like spaghetti sauce for my taste. I used tomato paste because the recipe said 6oz., so that might have been the problem. I'll just go back to my own version. Thanks

Yellow Squash Patties

My first effort was a disappointment. The patties stuck to the pan so badly that I only finished cooking half of the mixture and tossed out the rest. The flavor was good but the cheese might be the reason for the sticking. I will try again.
