Venison Wraps
OMG wonderful!!!! We are big venison eaters, and this was GREAT! The ONLY thing I did differently was added a little apple cider to the marinade. Will make this again and again, thank you.

South of The Border Chicken Soup
I made this exactly as the recipe called for and we loved it. I did add a little celantro at the end for color as well as taste. Making this for the second time tonight.MMMMMMM

Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
This was A++ it was the hit of the Super Bowl party last night! I did add about a pound of shrimp, a pound of crab meat, and a pound of cut frozen okra but followed this basic recipe. Very good!
