T's Sweet Potato Fries

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
i love sweet potatoes. i skipped the italian seasoning and they taste great, but they are limp. i would like a crispier fry. i cut the potato thinner, cooked half the time in microwave and baked 5 minutes longer.

White Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
the only reason for the four stars is you need more white chocolate if you are going to use one 15 oz bad of pretzels. sprinkle the dipped pretzels promptly after finishing or they will not stick. otherwise this is a very easy fun snack. cute too

Snickerdoodles III

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
these are great. i took the advise of a previous reviewer and reduced the heat to 375 and wet my fingers before rolling the dough. there is definitely TOO much cinnamon in the sugar/cinnamon mixture. i had to add almost two more tbsp of sugar to the mixture.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
this recipe is SO good. the original recipe really does yield 4 dozen so be prepared for lots of cookies. there is no need to dissolve the baking soda in hot water. i just add it to the dry ingredients and mix it well.

Snickerdoodles II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
the recipe should have called for vanilla extract. maybe that would have made it a little bit sweeter. beside the need for vanilla the cookies were very soft, moist and delicious

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
these are fantastic! i add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the flour and baking soda mixture, which gives it a subtle hint of deliciousness. put the dough in the fridge for a little to make it more manageable to handle.

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
on a chilly wednesday night i decided to expand my cooking horizons by creating the masterpiece known as pumpkin swirl bread. upon careful consideration i decided that perhaps the time described was meant for a higher altitude. luckily my cooking senses kicked in and i decided that 45 minutes would be apt. the pumpkin swirl brought smiles to a man with a beard who wondering in off the street from the brisk night air outside. in summation i would highly recommend keeping an eye on the oven as well as for strangers who are hungry.
