Sweet Mustard Chops

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
Best Marinade! Even my 18 ur old that hates mustard likes it! It can be low sodium too! I even took the pork chops and pre-boiled them so there would be less fat (I recently had a heart attack so I watch everything).

Lemony Steamed Fish

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
My family loved this recipe. ...although I used Talapia fillets instead. I did not change any ingredients and I will use this recipe again because it is so healthy and I just had a heart attack last week... so I'm changing what my family and I eat (with their support) and taking up long, brisk walks again. I'm 47, blessed to be alive and I've been given a second chance after being so close to death.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
I like putting them into an 8" by 8" pan instead. I think I will use half as much ketchup.... and to absorb the several ounces of liquid on the bottom I will do the following: after spraying the non-stick spray, I will also put a layer of oatmeal on the bottom... the oatmeal should swell up and absorb the water/oils.

Tasted good. I may put more ice in it next time because I like slushes...

Caprese Burger

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2009
I made these mouth-watering burgers and loved them. I did not have fresh basil...I used 80% lean HB and a different kind of cheese on top of each burger. I used the canned parmesan instead of grated.. probably would have been better... but they tasted great anyhow! next time I will try every ingredient to a tee just to see if they taste a wee better... great meal Sarah S.!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
I took the advice of several of you: only use half the butter, turn over the chops hqlf way through the cooking cycle... then broil for about 3 minutes. About half-way through making iled/mashed potatoes, steaming broccoli (sp?), and the pork chop preparation.. I swear I said to myself "I should have gotten fast food, I should have gotten fast food...etc (it was a long day at work today before all this - - not to mention logistically getting a car towed to get worked on in the middle of dinner)... anyway, after all was said and done... my pork chops ended up being the best pork chops ever made on the face of the earth ...that may be a slight exaggration. My daughters and wife loved them and I shall never think of fast food as an alternative to this dinner. Delicious beyond measure...and I can only think of 99% of all other pork chops I've had .. the cooks always salted them to death... they should know better.

Lemon Square Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2009
These lemon square bars are the best I have ever tasted (sorry, Mom!)....Maybe it is because they are the freshest I ever tasted as well. We cut them after they were cooled off in the refrigerator. My 15 year old daughter made them... I just supervised. Thanks so much for this recipe.... it is the best I ever tasted. next time I will use fresh lemon and zest... this time we used lemon juice from a bottle.
