Across the Border Tequila Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This was just GREAT. Granted, I almost doubled the garlic and lime juice, and added a little salt and cumin, I pretty much stuck to the recipe. I served it with brown rice, black beans with salsa and lime tortilla chips. Awesome recipe!

AMAZING!!!!! I added more garlic and green onions than the recipe called for, and these turned out absolutely delicious. Great recipe.

YUM These are delicious. The marinade is perfect! I did make a few changes: cibatta roll/ white sharp cheddar melted on the shrooms/ grilled purple onion/ dijon mustard

I used brown rice, and it took like an hour to cook! But soooo worth it, this is delicious, and even better the next day!

Mulligatawny Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
This recipe is fantastic~ Those leaving out the apple are really missing out & honestly being way too picky- it's not a strong apple flavour, and they cook to an almost unnoticable texture, and taste amazing. I forgot the celery at the grocery store, not a big deal though, this soup was amazing. I doubled the broth, used an extra can of vegetable broth i had lying around and it was perfect for three hungrey people with a bowl left over. I also used half and half instead of cream, and mixed in a tablespoon of cream of coconut which was soooo good :D A few sprigs of fresh cilantro REALLY make this

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
VERY good and easy tilapia recipe, as long as you SPICE IT UP! :D You could add whatever you wanted to this really, cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, italian seasoning, garlic, red pepper, etc etc etc. Loved this as a base for crunchy breaded fish!
