I really enjoyed this recipe as written. However - it was not creamy enough for my taste or my family's. I've made this recipe many times and have tweaked it a bit to make it "just right." FYI - I doubled the recipe for my family of 6. *These changes are for 12 servings. Milk - change to 2 c. cream+1 c. milk Cheese - change to 1/2 lb velveeta, 1 c. shredded chz. (I used a blend of mild, sharp and white cheddar and it was just right) Add - 1/4 t. ground mustard, 1/4-1/2 t. paprika, 1/4 t. onion powder, a dash of garlic powder. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on top of the bread crumbs. Yum-o!!!
