I made these cookies and I found something was missing. I'm sure it was something I did but I can't figure out quite what. They were chewy and crumbly, so the texture was nice but the flavor just lacked. Good cookie, but not amazing.

Wave Your Flag Cheesecake

My work had a potluck for the 4th of July and I brought this. I really wasn't sure how it was going to taste because putting the Jell-O in the pound cake seemed odd but it was a hit. The topping was my favorite part!
